All of our products are made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is completed. Fulfillment and shipping are handled by our partner in collaboration with trusted print providers.

We strive to ensure product images and mockups are accurate representations. However, slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur due to the nature of digital printing and screen displays.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout, including most major credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods.

 

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If your order arrives with an issue:

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
