At That Mug Market, each mug is made to order just for you!

Below is important information regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, your order is sent to production and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We offer Economy and Standard shipping within the United States. Delivery times begin after the processing period and may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and quantity of your order. Additional mugs may ship at a reduced rate.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 business hours for tracking information to update.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or delivery refusal, reshipment fees may apply.

 

Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at thatmugmarket@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist.
