Return & Refund Policy
At That Mug Market, all of our mugs are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product itself.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your mug should arrive in perfect condition!
But if your mug arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund within 30 of delivery. There is no need to return the original damaged product.
To request a replacement or refund
If your order arrives with an issue:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
- Email us at thatmugmarket@gmail.com
We will review your request and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
We DO NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer (if applicable)
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address
- Slight color or design variations (due to screen differences or print alignment)
Important Notes:
- All items are printed on demand, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items
- Refunds and replacements will only be issued for defective or incorrect products
- You must notify us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund
